I am quite disappointed to announce that the great hope of our team and I was hoping a future tour winner. Pejo Petek has maxed at an average of 48, very disappointing. I belive that this avarage may be not enough to win races so I am quite disappointed, but he is still a 218 Cl with small technique. You win some, you lose some.

There's nothing wrong with a 48 average. I've had so may riders max at 40, 42, 44, 46 and 47 that I've lost count of them all and they were a lot more "disappointing" then this guy is. Your team needs team mates to support this guy as captain then his "disappointingly low max" might not be so disappointing after all... Good luck...
He can easily win MRT so I don't get why you are whining about.
Yeah I got him up to 51 with TT centre. Hopefully a result in a tour one day
The sad part is that he maxed relatively low in his primary stats. A 48 AV is nice.
Disappointed...... what did you want? A 48 average is great! Hammon was a 47 average and won a YC and got 2nd GC.....
He'll do well as long as you TT center him :-)
I wouldn't say you 'lost' this one. I trained Arnold Latey (46) and Brett Graham (45) neither even maxed in HL nevermind anything else and both turned profits and brought palmares. A 218 climber with 52 TQ is a victory in my eyes!
You should not be disappointed. My highest max ever was 49, all my others
